Drop-In Fitness
As a member of the Athletic Centre you have access to a wide variety of fitness and movement classes, from our intense Total Muscle Conditioning classes to yoga and Pilates sessions. We have drop-in fitness classes (schedule below), which are open to all members, and registered classes (which require a fee payment). Class descriptions can be found in the Activity Guide.
