Sport Massage Therapist
Ed graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School and has 25 years of clinical experience in sports massage. His special interest is resolving motor impairment syndromes using manual therapy techniques and movement re-patterning. He has extensive experience working with recreational and high-performance athletes. Ed has served as massage therapist for the national women's basketball team for a dozen years and continues to work with some of Canada's most accomplished multi-event athletes though Athletics Canada. Ed has also worked as a consultant to the Toronto Raptors Basketball Club, and had the privilege of working on the Canadian medical team at the Sydney Olympics and more recently at the FISA Games in Belgrade. Ed is currently the staff therapist for cross country and track and field. A founding member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association (CSMTA), Ed chairs the CSMTA selection committee.
