Fees vary for U of T students, carded athletes and private patients (patient who are neither U of T students nor Ontario/Canada carded athletes).
 
We accept VISA, MC, Interac and cheques (payable to the University of Toronto). Please note: A $35.00 fee will apply to any cheques returned by the bank. 
 
The Faculty reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who is in default of payment of clinic fees.
