Registration fees vary according to when a participant registers and their nation of origin. The conference is using the World Bank’s classification system to offer differential fees to participants from around the world. These classifications are based upon per capita gross national income and do not reflect development status (see www.worldbank.org).

The early registration deadline is April 19, 2009. Registrations will be accepted up until the date of the conference. The fee includes a copy of the conference programme and the registration kit, as well as opening and closing receptions (during which a keynote address will be given).

There is no single-day rate.

Registration

Participants can register in one of two ways:

A) Online registration

• Click here.
• Click on the “Activities” tab at the top of the page
• Select “Academic Conferences” from the menu on the left
• Select “Olympic Reform: A Ten Year Review"
• Click “Add” in the “Basket” column in the line that includes your country of origin (see below)
• You will be taken to a user log-in screen
• Click on “Create New Account”
• Enter your personal information and create a user account
• Note: Be sure to set “U of T Student Status” to “Non-student”
• When you are finished this, click on the “My Basket” tab at the top of the page
• This will allow you to check out and pay for the conference
• Enter your credit card details (this a secure site) and click “Complete transaction”

B) Download and complete the registration form.

Additional needs

The conference organizers will do everything possible to meet these requests. Note: completing this form does not constitute registering for the conference. Interested participants must register in one of the two ways outlined above.
