Pressed for time? Looking to try something new? Drop-in activities –including Frosh Fit, basketball, yoga and lane swimming – are a great way to stay fit and have some fun. These activities are offered at convenient hours throughout your busy day and are available at no additional cost!

If you are looking to improve your skills in one particular sport or fitness area, registered classes offer a terrific way to fine tune your downward dog, ace your front crawl or learn to salsa.

INTRAMURALS
 

U of T boasts one of the largest and most diverse in North America. From soccer and Ultimate to basketball and badminton, there are divisions and teams for people of all skills levels.  Over 10,000 students compete annually in 76 divisions and 21 sports.
